Please read our Terms of Service to understand your rights and responsibilities while using the eFon app and website.
These Terms of Service include the terms and conditions set out below and any additional terms on the site (together “Terms of Service”), which govern your use of the services provided by EFON LIMITED (“EFON LIMITED” or “we”) to you under the eFon brands.

You agree to comply with the Terms of Service if you:
(i) access the efon.io website;
(ii) download the eFon application to your mobile device (“Application”); or
(iii) use eFon services.
eFon may update, modify, or supplement the Terms of Service from time to time without notice. If you continue to use the Services, you accept such changes.
If you reside in a jurisdiction where the law prohibits the offer or use of internet telephony or Services, you may not use the Services in such a jurisdiction.
You may only use the Services in accordance with these Terms of Service.
To use the Services, you must activate your phone number for use with eFon services.
You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information in all fields indicated as mandatory when registering for the Services, as well as any additional information provided or any changes made by you.
Subject to such registration, you will gain access to your eFon account (“Account”).
If your Device has been stolen or if you become aware of unauthorized use of the Services, you must immediately notify us to suspend the Services and block your Account.
You are responsible for all charges to your Account until the Services are suspended.
You expressly acknowledge and agree to use the Services solely for lawful purposes.
You may not, without limitation:
You may not use the Services in such a way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the operation of the eFon server or network(s).
eFon provides the Services with minimal interruptions. However, we make no express warranties and disclaim any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
We cannot guarantee that the Services will always function without disruptions, delays, or imperfections. Service availability may vary by region. Portability of your number is not guaranteed.
The Services may be disrupted by public internet conditions or outages. Communications could potentially be intercepted by third parties. eFon assumes no liability for such disruptions or interceptions.
All content of communications is determined by the sender. You may encounter offensive or unacceptable content.
eFon is not responsible for any communications made using the Services.
eFon provides international calling and other communication services (“VoIP Services”) through its mobile application.
Calling and SMS are available only through the eFon app on smartphones.
VoIP Services do not support emergency calls to any hospital, law enforcement, or other emergency services.
If another user uses your Account, you must inform them of this limitation.
eFon does not support messaging via MMS or FAX.
To purchase Services or top up your Account, you must pay using the methods specified on the Site or Application.
Rates depend on the type of Services used.
Rates are published on efon.io and may change at any time without notice.
If you continue using the Services after a rate change, you accept the new rates.
Unless stated otherwise, all prices are in EUR or USD and exclude VAT or other taxes.
Calls are billed per minute and rounded up.
For example, a call lasting 7 minutes and 10 seconds will be billed as 8 minutes.
You may request a refund by writing in English to: support@efon.io.
Other types of requests will not be considered. Refunds are not issued for promotional credit or gifts.
eFon may deny repeated refund requests.
Payments older than 90 days are non-refundable.
In rare cases, failed calls under 30 seconds and under 30 days old may be refunded upon request.
If you believe you’ve been charged incorrectly, submit a written request in English to support@efon.io within 30 days of the issue.
Unused credits expire 12 months after the last account activity.
Fraudulent or abusive use may lead to immediate account termination without notice or compensation.
eFon reserves the right to suspend or block Services at its discretion for any reason, including abuse or excessive use.
You may cancel Services at any time. Services will be terminated within 5 days after we receive notice at support@efon.io.
eFon is not responsible for provider actions, device failure, or service outages beyond our control.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits.
We may transfer this agreement without notice.
You may not transfer it without our written consent.
You agree to indemnify eFon and its affiliates from any claims arising from:
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement and override all previous terms and representations.
We may send service-related notices or updates.
We may request feedback from you to improve our services. Participation is optional.
We may contact you via email, phone, or SMS about product updates and promotions.
YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT AND UNDERSTAND THE RIGHTS, OBLIGATIONS, TERMS, AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH HEREIN. BY CLICKING ON THE REGISTRATION BUTTON AND/OR CONTINUING TO INSTALL THE SOFTWARE, YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND GRANT TO EFON THE RIGHTS SET FORTH HEREIN.
